Here's exactly what to expect, before you even walk through the door.

1

Book your Discovery Session

Your first appointment is a full clinical assessment. We go through your history, assess your posture and movement, examine the relevant regions, and confirm a clear diagnosis. We want to understand your performance goal, not just your pain. Allow around 30 minutes, and come in comfortable clothing you can move in. In most cases there will be a treatment on this session too.

2

Your Recovery Roadmap

At your second visit we present your findings. You'll understand exactly what caused the problem, what needs to change, and what your full plan looks like from here. No mystery, no vague "come back and we'll see how it goes." This is also where we confirm your program and investment details, discuss options, and answer every question before we commit to a direction.

3

We get to work

From session three onwards, we're executing the plan. For patients in the Pain to Performance System, that means starting the Reset phase: chiropractic care, your exercise program introduced, and your first patient resource in hand. For session-to-session patients, we build the plan to suit your goals and get moving.

What to bring

What to wear

Comfortable clothing you can move in. For lower back and hip complaints, shorts or loose-fitting pants are helpful. For shoulder or neck complaints, a singlet or loose-fitting top is ideal, but not compulsory.

Fees

We don't publish fees on our website because they vary based on your specific clinical picture and the program that's right for you. Everything is discussed transparently at your Recovery Roadmap session, with no surprises. Payment plan options are available for our Pain to Performance System.

We are an ACC-registered provider. If your complaint arose from an injury or accident, ACC may cover a portion of your treatment costs. We'll let you know at your Discovery Session whether this applies to you.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. This allows us to offer the time to another patient. Late cancellation fees may apply.
